Terms of Service

Updated June 29, 2026

These terms cover your use of ApplyLab. By creating an account you agree to them. We've kept the legalese to a minimum.

01The service

ApplyLab is an agent that finds, scores, and researches job postings against your profile. Scores and company dossiers are guidance to speed up your search, not guarantees of accuracy, fit, or an offer. Always confirm the details with the employer before you apply.

02Your account

You sign in with Google or GitHub through our authentication provider, InsForge, so we never see or store a password for you. You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

03Acceptable use

Use ApplyLab for your own job search. Don't scrape the product, resell its output, or use it to spam employers with automated bulk applications.

04Plans and billing

ApplyLab offers Free, Pro, and Max plans, each with a daily limit on how many roles the agent searches and scores: 10, 25, and 100 per day. Paid plans and billing are still in development: the app is free to use for now, and we'll update these terms before we ever charge you.

05Availability

We work to keep ApplyLab running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Job data comes from sources we don't control and may be incomplete or delayed.

06Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change is material, we'll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect, and we'll update the date above.
